We’ll count this one as the “Weekend Music” feature for the week. A couple of former students have formed a band, and have been working rather diligently on getting the first album out the door.
I don’t know what is more inspiring to this, increasingly aged, educator: the fact that the students of the past can put out something so lovely, or the fact that they have enough sense re: the modern state of the music industry to know enough that giving the album away is really the only way to go these days.
Bravo gentlemen. Now go get on the road so I can see it with my own eyes.
